Ask or Get Nuked

[[OOC: Okay, so the Hetalia fandom is usually bashed for making these kind of things, so I’m going to make a note.

I just heard the news, too. After a really, really long day I got home and heard that the man that I have hated, hated, HATED for a very long period of my life has perished. So naturally the first thing I did was cheer. Then, just as naturally, I went on this blog and find this message. To this anon, thank you for sending this. This really rough sketch will be my first and only ask regarding this event. If I get more, I will just edit this post and add them onto this along with this first question.

Though I doubt I’m going to get anything like it, I ask that you all kindly refrain from bashing Kim Jung-Il on my askbox. While I may as well share your feeling of deep aversion towards him, for the sake of our humanity, please refrain from reacting to the death of a human with…. bashing? Wow was that the best word I could find? I know I said above that I basically celebrated his death, so, yes, call me a hypocrite. But let me say:

Don’t dance over his death, but see it as another step in history. His son is in control now, and now I fear for the sake of North Korea. While the death of its dictator might have been a blessing, it is definitely also a curse.
